What are your consultation fees?
Our initial visa assessment fee is KES 3,000, which covers a one-on-one consultation with our immigration manager. After the assessment, you will be advised on the full consultation and processing fee depending on your visa type and travel history.
Can I get a refund if my visa is denied?
Unfortunately, no refunds are issued once the visa process has started. This policy is consistent with global visa application standards, as embassies and consulates also do not refund visa fees once processing begins.
