Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to Visa Advisory Services Limited. We are a duly registered company under the Companies Act of Kenya, providing professional immigration consultation and visa processing assistance. Our services are delivered through a dedicated team of Client Service Consultants and qualified Migration Consultants.

By accessing or using our website, booking an appointment, or making any payment for our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply regardless of how or where you access our website or services.

2. Appointments

Clients are required to book appointments in advance by contacting any of our offices and speaking to a Client Service Consultant.

  • Appointment dates and times are subject to availability.

  • If a client fails to attend the scheduled consultation without providing at least 24 hours’ notice of cancellation, any prepaid consultation fee will be forfeited.

  • Clients may cancel or reschedule their appointment by contacting our offices directly within the allowed timeframe.

  • If the client cannot be reached on the contact number provided at the scheduled time, the appointment will be considered missed, and the fee forfeited.

3. Prepayment and Consultation Fees

  • All clients are required to make a non-refundable payment of KES 3,000 for the initial assessment with our Immigration Manager. This is referred to as the Appointment Fee.

  • Additional consultation and processing fees are determined based on the specific visa category, duration, and the client’s travel history. These fees will be communicated after the initial assessment.

  • Once the client agrees to proceed and makes the required payment, a binding agreement is established between the client and Visa Advisory Services Limited.

4. Refund Policy

  • After payment has been received and a list of required documents has been issued to the client, the service shall be deemed as commenced.
  • Once the visa application process has begun, no refunds will be issued under any circumstance.
  • This policy aligns with standard embassy and consular procedures, which also do not offer refunds once visa services have been rendered.

5. Visa Assessment and Decision

  • All visa assessments are conducted based on the applicant’s personal circumstances, submitted documents, and the immigration laws and policies of the country to which the visa application is made.
  • Visa Advisory Services Limited does not have authority over embassy or consular decisions. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the approval of any visa application.
  • The company shall not be held liable for any visa refusal, delay, or decision outcome made by immigration authorities.

6. Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and truthful information throughout the visa process.

  • Submitting all required documents within the advised timelines.

  • Notifying Visa Advisory Services of any changes in their personal circumstances or travel plans that may affect the visa application.

Failure to provide complete or truthful information may result in delays, rejection, or cancellation of services without refund.

7. Limitation of Liability

Visa Advisory Services Limited, its employees, or agents shall not be held liable for:

    • Any loss or damage arising from visa refusal, processing delays, or rejection by immigration authorities.

    • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of our services.

    • The outcome of a visa application, which is solely determined by the respective embassy or consulate.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

We respect client confidentiality and handle all personal information in accordance with the Data Protection Act of Kenya. Client information will only be shared with relevant authorities or third parties directly involved in the visa process.

9. Amendments

Visa Advisory Services Limited reserves the right to update, amend, or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Clients are encouraged to review this page periodically to stay informed of any changes.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Kenyan courts.
